Happy Easter...Social Distancing Continues

It has been almost 2 months since I've last posted and to put it mildly 2020 has really started out with a bang...

Our hope and traditions that we celebrated, even in the midst of the fog.
Easter 2020!

Waking up Easter morning, the kids each found a new book...One of the Mr. Lemoncello's Library books. It was the Author for their school for Authors in April and we got his autograph sent to us to put inside. :) We even had a live stream YouTube chat with our school and him. Luke submitted a question to him, and Luke's question was featured on the chat and got a special shout out. You should have seen the smile on that boy's face. :)
On the hunt for Easter baskets...

Our sweet and thoughtful Easter bunny delivered EVEN during a pandemic. WOW!!

We watched our church service in our pj's at home, singing and celebrating that Jesus is risen through live streaming. Afterwards, we noticed the Easter Bunny left some eggs outside!

Our 3 babies...We hope and pray that you look back at this time with happy memories and special times with our family. It sure has been special for us.

Happy Easter to all of our family!! Celebrating on Zoom.

We watched a movie called Twelve, that inspired our kiddos to start each morning with a practice outside! Below, their practice is in action.

Clue has become a FAVORITE game for the Morin family. During this time, we often played at least one game a night. We've had to switch up our strategies because we are on to each other!
Always time for rest and down time. It's all about balance.
Our big guy, but let's be honest....always our baby, is fading out from his naps. This guy can still fall asleep though.
While in quarantine, we live as "quarantiners"!  My first time EVER cutting hair.
Brave, brave soul.
Celebrating Earth Day with a project with Dad and our Art teacher.

Back to school after Easter weekend...Elle pulled in Drew to her to Zoom session.

A family bike to Rochester College...

Another sign of the nap "phasing out". This sweetie.
During this time, we've been having Monday trivia night with friends.
Driveway hockey has been in action...

Drew's learning and getting ready for the magical world of kindergarten!

I think he is ready!
Showing our McG teachers how much we LOVE them!!
Luke and his book club kept meeting while distance learning. Once they were done reading, Esperanza Rising, Luke created and hosted a KAHOOT trivia game for his Club.
One of the very special memories from this time, is our weekly visits with Aunt Cathy and Gigi!! They came EVERY week to visit and would bring us a favorite dinner meal. We are the luckiest and love them so much. The kids painted a stepping stone for Uncle Tom to put in his garden.
The time has come...The cast comes off and Luke's arm is healed! Phew. We are thankful that is all over with! Remember that time during the global pandemic and Luke broke his arm...
