Summer Daze

The walk, the fresh air, and being all comfy on mama are all great reasons for a good nap.

Luke insisted on wearing his soccer shirt for the game. This past weekend Uncle Kris, Uncle Wayne, and Mal also came for a visit. We LOVE us some Cooley time!

We had a great time with Matt and Megan who came over to visit from Kzoo! Great friends, grilling hot dogs, Dairy Queen, and walking downtown equals a perfect way to spend a summer day!!!

2 Month Check-Up!

Luke had his 2 month check-up this week! He was such a trooper getting his first round of shots. He had a shot in each of his cute, chunky thighs. AND Luke is sure a big, healthy, growing boy!
Here are his stats:
Weight: 13 lbs. 4 oz., he's in the 75-90 percentile (probably closer to the 90%!)
Height: 23 1/2 inches, he's in the 75%
Head Circumference: 16, he's in the 50-75%

Dad and Grandpa Cooley went to the Tiger's game the other day. Luke was completely bummed that mom would not let him go too. Detroit over Baltimore 12-9, GO Tigers!

We love when Luke wakes up from his nap! He busts out of his baby burrito position and stretches back into the world. We always get a kick out of it!

Our friend Stephanie is starting up her own photography business and so she asked if she could take some pictures of Luke to add to her portfolio. Of course, we said, "Absolutely!"
