You know your lil' man is growing up when...

... he begins getting haircuts from someone besides his Daddy!
... he loves to go out to eat and meet all kinds of friends at the restaurant!
(Happy Birthday Grandma Uitti!)
... he is now eating his breakfast/lunch at the counter!
... he begins naming his colors! His first color was blue then orange. Everything is orange right now. :) With an occasional purple, pink, and red in between.
....he points to count objects. He always begins with the numbner 4!
... he can say his own name! On Saturaday morning Luke was in our bed with us reading some books when he saide "Uke!". Since then we have heard it over and over again. :)
... he tells us he has to "poop"!

A lil' Christmas elf, a handsome ring bearer, and a new BIG brother!

Luke has some exciting news!!! He is going to be a big brother in late July/early August!!! We told Grandpa and Grandma Cooley with a big brother shirt and below is a clip of us telling Grandpa and Grandma Uitti Christmas Day! The Morin family is very excited about our new little one and we are feeling very blessed!

We celebrated Christmas Eve "Eve" with both families at our house. Our electricity decided to konk out but Ben came through using our gas stove, fireplace, and eating with candlelight! Afterwards, we headed out to our church to watch the Christmas Eve service.
Below are pictures from Christmas Day at Uncle Tom and Aunt Cathy's in Ann Arbor!

Below are our cousins Lisa and Tony who also announced that they are expecting in early July! We are so happy for them! AND our babes will have buddies to grow up with each other :)

(A little out of order) Below are pictures from Christmas Eve day and night over in Clarkston.

Grandma had a toasting glass just for Luke so he could be apart of our cheers!

Christmas morning with Lukie in his Christmas jammies.
Helping Dad build his kitchen! Such a trooper seeing that Santa totally dropped the ball in having it ready for him....but I think Luke had more fun anyway helping Dad with all of those tools!
Rehearsal night for Lauren and Mason's wedding! Trying to keep the flower girl and ring bearer entertained during the rehearsal of the ceremony.
Lukie all handsome and ready for his big debut!
Luke did such a great job making it down the aisle at a 1 1/2 years old! He had to carry the actual rings up to the front...a lot of pressure on him (and mom...and dad). He was a pro!

Mom's 2 cooks making me some homemade mac n' cheese. Awwww, I LOVE MY LIFE!
Luke loved helping his Dad shovel the driveway. He stayed by his side the entire time.
Cooked Mom lunch, helped Dad shovel the driveway, and now I get to rest in my polar bear sleeping bag with a big up of milk! (yes, he loves milk...are you surprised?)
