Our sweet, strong, smart, brave, strong-willed, curious, loving, sensitive, beautiful daughter is 7!! Elle, we love YOU so very, very much and you will always be our Ellie sweetie. We had fun celebrating her here at home with her girls for a Harry Potter themed birthday party, a Mexican dinner with Aunt Cathy and Gigi, birthday pancakes with family on her real birthday, a birthday party with Papa and Gma Cooley up at the cottage, and even a birthday visit from Auntie Nae at the cottage too. Sweet girl, you are so loved. We pray that you always know how loved and cherished you are no matter what.
These days Ellie is into all things Harry Potter and this goes as well, that you are into all things your older brother is into! You keep up with Luke like a champ. You love to bike ride, play soccer and baseball with him. You even confidently answer multiplication questions your bro teases you with by answering 8x7 is 25 in a clear, confident voice. :) We are already reading Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone because you so badly want to know the story. You are so sweet with your younger bro as well. You guys play marriage, family, all things imaginative. You and Drew could create new imaginative play ALL day. Of course, you still love your alone time and have no problem saying no because you would rather play cars by yourself. You love to cuddle with both Mom and Dad and lately you love to give back massages! You setup a little spa and all 4 of us get turns with you rubbing our back. We ALL love when you do this!!! You love to organize people and direct the activity. Just today at the park, you had Drew and about 6 other kids playing any game that you created and organized. You love to watch your shows and you even love to watch Love It or List It with mom. You and Drew will then walk around the house like you're on the show critiquing what you love. I will overhear hear you say, " I just love this master bathroom." It cracks me up! Chores are not your favorite and you could care less if your bedroom is a disaster. You love animals! You could spend forever hanging with animals and you still bring and cuddle your "Baby Girl" throughout the day. You are so brave and you are always up for trying something new. This year you begin 2 new adventures with weekly gymnastics and piano classes!

Ellie had a Harry Potter birthday party this year to celebrate 7!
First up was wand-making!
Next was Herbology class where we planted Basil seeds!
Then Luke created a Quidditch game for the girls to play!

The next day was Elle's real birthday and so of course we celebrated with birthday pancakes!
We gave Ellie her gift...A horseback riding class!
